Due to the limited time you have to spend on individual players, as a coach, it is important to make sure every player has as much experience and “feet on” activity as possible. Incorporating a ball in warm ups and fitness can benefit the players comfort on the ball greatly. The more comfortable players are with the ball, the better they will be.
A Sweetshot 90 target can be used for a dribbling to shot drill. Rest assured the players will get plenty of touches because they will relish a shot at the target following a well-controlled dribble.
